It's Hot Cross Buns Season!
Easter is coming! Easter will be 3rd-5th April this year. One tradition is hot cross buns! I love them....
Hot cross buns are a small round bread roll. They are enjoyed in many countries including the UK, New Zealand, Australia, Ireland, South Africa, Canada and India. They are a sweet spiced bread with a cross baked on top. They are usually glazed with sugar.
Despite the name, they are often eaten cold or they are toasted and buttered. I want to make some this year... I haven't made them for years!
