A Swedish man has played keepy uppy for 28 hours, 21 minutes and 2 seconds. He had 15 minute breaks every 3 hours.

Keepy uppy (of keepie uppie) is when a person juggles a ball with feet, knees or head (but not hands) to stop it touching the ground.

Daniel said "I want to inspire others to push their limits, [...] This record is the perfect combination of my passion for football, [...] and personal growth."

I don't think I have done keepy uppy for longer than a minute!
