Donald Trump has received a "great" honor. He has got an irasutoya picture!
It is a picture of him wearing an octopus hat. That is a reference to Trump Always Chickens Out. Also, tako also can be used to mean "idiot".
As some online commentators have already said, it is a very cute drawing of a very evil man...
