4th July - UK Election

The UK prime minister has called an election. It is going to be on the 4th of July.

The Conservative party have been in government since 2010. They are expected to lose the election to the Labour party. Rishi Sunak is the Prime Minister. He made a speech in front of 10 Downing Street. It was raining and his suit got wet.

4th July is also the day the U.S.A. celebrates independence from the UK (独立記念日).
