This school year...

I am going to try some new things this school year....

First is this website! I call it the Tsubame Traveler. I like that name. It is cool name but also it describes us! I want to encourage students to think about travelling. We all travel in our small towns and cities. We travel to school, work, restaurants, shops, etc. However, I want to think about the big world outside of Niigata, too. I hope we will all become travelers!

I will try to write something here a couple of times a week. I am going to write mostly about video games and movies. But also cafes, restaurants and shops I visit in Tsubame or Sanjo. I will try to write about other things in Niigata, too and also things happening around the world. I will show you interesting things...

Also, I will try new things with bitsy (bitsy.org) and twine (twinery.org), too. My dream is to make some simple games. I want to introduce grammar with those games. I am going to try it anyway! Look out for them!

Lastly, I am going to change my studying. I don't speak much in Japanese. I will try to speak more in Japanese (but not with my students!).
